Contractors confirmed that the podium structure is complete and that internal partitioning has begun across the convention and hospitality levels.

Equipment sequencing has been deliberately pushed late in the programme so that network, surveillance and cash-handling infrastructure can be commissioned and tested before machines arrive.

The approach adds programme risk at the end but avoids the pattern, common in earlier projects, of equipment sitting on site for months before it can be energised.

Integrated resort development has become a hospitality exercise with a gaming component, rather than the reverse. Convention capacity, food and beverage, and entertainment programming now occupy the majority of floor plans and capital.

Financing structures reflect that shift. Lenders increasingly assess non-gaming revenue and event calendars alongside traditional measures of floor performance.
